It appears more than one incarcerated parent(al figure) registered the same child for Angel Tree. Does my church need to give them multiple gifts?

The mission of Angel Tree is to strengthen bonds between an incarcerated parent(al figure) and their child. If multiple people registered their child, the child should receive a gift from each with Angel Tree tags separately. This shows the child that he or she was remembered by each individual.
