How to Add a Discovered Child

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to add a discovered child into your caregiver families.

1. Login to the Angel Tree app (angeltreetool.org).
2. Navigate to the Contact Caregivers tab.
3. Select the family's name and click the Add Child button.
4. Input the child's information and the message from their incarcerated parent(al figure). Hit submit. 
5. Once the discovered child’s information is saved, click the edit button on the child profile.
6. Enter the discovered child’s gift preference in the Gift 1 field.
7.  Click Submit!
